Each student should be neatly dressed up. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions.
Students who are not properly dressed or not in uniform will be marked in the uniform defaulter’s record. Use of hair gel is not allowed.
All boys (except Sikhs) must keep their hair short. Girls must tie their hair neatly with a specified
maroon band. Girls with long hair must make two plaits.
The students are expected to converse only in English while he/she is in the school premises. No student
is allowed to use any language other than English in the school campus.
The students are required to be polite at all times and should not use indecent language or indulge in
fights and quarrels with others in the school. Any behaviour likely to hurt others in the matter of language, religion, caste or community is strictly
prohibited. At the same time, vulgarity in talk and behavior must be strictly avoided.
Each student must take care of the school property. No student should scratch or destroy school property,
write or draw on the walls or cause damage in any way to any item belonging to the school or to others in the school. Any damage done will render the
student liable for recovery of damages and fine.
Loitering aimlessly in corridors, running about or whistling is strictly prohibited. Students should
regard the school as his/her second home and do everything possible to keep the classroom and the school premises neat and pleasing to the eye. All waste
paper and other discardable material should be thrown in the dustbin.
Children are not allowed to bring/electronic gadgets to school. Mobile phones found with children will
be confiscated and never returned. Also a fine of rupees five hundred will be taken from the child.
School Fees
All dues are payable in advance upto 10th of every month Children against whom any school dues
outstanding will not be allowed to appear in the class.
Fee can be paid with a last Payment fine of Rs. 10/- per day before the last working
day of month after which the name will be struck off from the rolls. There after the name may be restored on payment of Rs. 200/- as re-admission. Fee late
payment fine or re-admission fee will not excused in any case.
Candidates who attend the school even for on day in april and withdrawn due to any reason will have to
pay the full fees upto December whether they need the T.C. or not(Full includes all types of fees besides tution).
Recommendation
Parents are requested to look in to their children’s school diary every day and see that the lessons and
home work assigned for the next day are done.
Remarks made in diary should be seen and counter signed regularly by parents
If you would feel that your child does not make the desired progress, the principal should be contacted.
Criticism of a student’s teacher or his school in his presence should be avoided because it cause the student to loose respect for his teacher or school .
Parents or guardians are not allowed to meet their children or to interview their teachers during school hours without permission of principal.
Parents are also expected to participate regularly in special school functios.
